Oversees the implementation and management of the Argonaut Athletic Club annual giving program which includes membership direct mail campaigns, team phonathons, special events, athletic faculty/staff campaign, Varsity Club campaign and other special initiatives as needed. Related responsibilities also include the management of the donor database for the Argonaut Athletic Club which includes verification of donor gifts, priority point tracking, gift acknowledgement, stewardship, membership packets and benefits redemption.Manages a portfolio of twenty-five donor prospects with a goal of increasing the level of annual gifts as well as identifying, cultivating and soliciting new donors to achieve an annual fundraising goal of $120,000.Plans and implements a communication strategy for all athletic donors. These include the AAC website,e-newsletter, social media, and other communications as appropriate. Also provides administrative support to development staff including writing proposals, and scheduling, planning and corresponding with donors.Supports the Associate Director of Development for Athletics with the Sword and Shield Council, Football Founders, Retired Employee Association, faculty and staff and other constituencies as needed. Also coordinates AAC game day events, hospitality areas and parking as well as assists with all athletic fundraising events including the Athletics Scholarship Golf Tournament.Coordinates, implements and evaluates all activities related to theArgonaut Athletic Club.
