Account Specialist
Current● Develop strong relationships and work with customers, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations, etc.) to identify and understand the business needs and objectives to develop enrollment strategies for supplemental health insurance products●Coordinate with IT department to ensure all automation and integrations are complete to boost reports and deliverables● Follow-up on client requests and ensure the client is informed along the way while adhering to all deadlines driven by the business needs● Stay current on new product features and train clients accordingly to reinforce our value proposition while furthering knowledge of the public education market ● Create Business Review presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders based on business needs to communicate relevant content concerning enrollment processes, supplemental insurance audits, and trends in the business● Dive head-first to solve integration issues quickly and effectively● Review current business processes and workflows to find new ways to deliver excellent service, both internally and externally● Identify future product enhancements and future sales opportunities● Assist and backup team members as needed to meet team service levels and deadlines for the employer services department, along with assisting in other departments as needed
