I co-lead a charity that supports vulnerable migrant children who have ESL with their education. Children are matched with volunteer tutors who help them with the English and confidence, thus enabling them to reach their potential. I have oversight over the organisations strategy (including the fundraising strategy), HR/policies, finances, reporting to the board and running the operations of the Oxford tutoring programme.

I supported vulnerable adults into education and employment. This involved people working directly with people in supported housing and people receiving treatment for substance misuse recovery. I also worked in an outreach capacity in Barton, Rose Hill and Blackbird Leys.

Provided pastoral and safeguarding support to the pupils to improve their well-being. Led the process of enrolling new students. Refined the data management procedures.
