I started up my own L&D Consultancy due to the high demand from sales & recruitment businesses that I had previously built relationships with. Working with Directors and Managers to build and tailor training and coaching programmes for their sales staff and team leaders, examples of these include; - Created and rolled out a recruitment consultant ‘Academy’ for brand new 360 consultants in the social care/social work industry. Wrote, delivered and evaluated the entire program working closely with the director and team leaders, providing feedback on the participants and following their progress. Working and living in 6 different locations around Europe, in beach resorts, as well as ski destinations, this role required my full commitment and dedication every day.Providing the highest level of customer service to all types of people as well as achieving high sales targets. Organisation was key in this role as well as presenting to and entertaining large and varied audiences.
