I am a vibrant and results-driven professional, fueled by an enthusiastic passion for bringing out the best in talent through leadership coaching and speaking. My approach is rooted in holding up the mirror to your life, helping you ask the hard questions about what is happening internally so your authentic self can show up externally. While I won't change your life—that's on you—I will provide you with the intangible tools to ensure tangible results show up in your career and life.With a foundation in communication and educational leadership from Central Michigan University, I've spent over 15 years interviewing over 40,000 individuals and managing thousands, from interns to executives. My journey has led me to cultivate self-awareness and self-trust in others through my company, evolYOUtion, where I coach individuals, consult teams, speak at conferences, and soon to be a host of my own podcast.The entrepreneurial spirit has always been core to who I am, but it wasn't until 2018 that I took the full leap and founded evolYOUtion. Prior to that, I was planting the seeds of significance in others by working in talent development in higher education and corporate settings.
