I support the Supply Chain Transformation and Planning Organizations in analyzing, designing, developing and implementing learning solutions to meet the needs of Leaders and Team Members across several teams and roles.I consult with the business teams to identify learning opportunities and deliver solutions that enable individuals to meet or exceed the proficiency expectations of their role.
