In my role as researcher for Guanxi my main duties are:• Carry out effective research to survey and identify key marketing opportunities and Human Capital• Design, implement and facilitate an effective strategy to improve key numbers • Update web sites and all social media platforms• Manage all activities regarding with PR, press and marketing agencies• Constantly improving business development activities • Direct financial budgets, including measurement and return oninvestment • Monitor and report to senior manager on budget and key numbers • Advise clients on employer branding and new hirings • Every day conflict solver

As a board member in Bygdøy Allé 27 AS I had an active role in handeling the investments of all the stockholders in the very best way. We handled different challenges on everything from dealing interests on bank loans to refurbishment of inside and outside the estate, and all the small things in between.

Melhus Bil Orkanger is the second dealership in the Melhus Bil Concern, selling Ford and Kia as well as a range of used cars, since september 2014. In my role as marketing manager for Ford and Kia my main duties were:• Design, implement and facilitate an effective local marketing strategy for the two car dealerships• Carry out effective research and identify key marketing opportunities• Research, plan campaigns and make sure that the campaigns run to deadline and on budget• Update web site and all social media platforms• Manage daily activities with PR, press and marketingcommunications agencies• Constantly improving business development activities• Direct financial budgets, including measurement and return oninvestment• Manage sponsorships for conferences and events• Gather the statistics on customer behaviour, creating professionalsales script and build analytic reports on existing customers andfuture potential buyers• Develop necessary measures and make sure sales team execute them• Monitor and report to senior manager on the effectiveness ofstrategies and campaigns

Kleins is a fashion store chain owned by Kleinsgruppen, with several stores mainly located in the middle part of Norway. Kleins is a retailer for various high-end brands like Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Parajumpers, Hale Bob, Eton and Corneliani among other brands like Samsøe I Samsøe, Peak Performance, J.Lindeberg with more. My main duties as a fashion editor for Kleins AS were:• Target in gaining a younger group of customers• Create and run web site, web shop and blog to market the sevenstores in the clothing chain• Run and update the blog four times a week• Developing and publishing seasonal fashion tips• Social media expert, responsible of running and updating allsocial media platforms and answer comments and requests ofreaders on social media• Participate and publish fashion events in social media and blog• Site survey on main fashion events for information on trends• Merchandising in store• Sales analysis on products in both web shop and stores toidentify and predict future best sellers• Meet with various clothing brands to purchase new items fornext season• Maintain the integrity of the clothing chains brands and the company
