CurrentLead international and domestic end-to-end production for all episodic, gallery and event photography, partnering with the shows’ network or streaming service. - Production of gallery photo shoots (owning budgets, negotiating rates, strategic sourcing of photographers, location scouting, scheduling, set details, approvals, retouching and managing variety of talent personalities and experiences)- Production of episodic photography for Sony shows (estimation of coverage days and budget, review of scripts, selection of photo days and key scenes, and assigning and booking of photographers who fit each show’s brand best)- Management of event photography (hiring photographers, scouting locations, creating and executing a shot list, and prepping and delivering selects on site)- Aide in the implementation of workflow and production management software; including redesigning and documenting photo management process and integrating new assets into SPT’s photo system to improve efficiency and longevity of assets for a syndicated show- Collaboration with internal and external teams (including international and domestic Publicity, Marketing, Syndication, freelance photographers, photo agencies, Getty, studios) to enable streamlined photo production by strategically identifying photography needs, coordinating schedules and priorities, and managing approval and distribution of imagery- Streamline and maintain QC processes for full SPT photo library using DF Studio
