With over 10 years of professional experience in both the medical and automotive manufacturing industries I embrace and seek out new challenges to solve. I have a passion for furthering my understanding and skillset in many areas of life and business. The skills I have accumulated and honed throughout my life have set me up to succeed when faced with problems. Some of my achievements include establishing organizational tactics to ensure training is being preformed accurately, efficiently, and consistently throughout the employees working lifespan. I have also implemented many updates to not only training, but manufacturing processes, scrap reclamation, organization, waste reduction, and employee and customer retention. My education is important to me, I value continuous learning, and consistently seek out new challenges. I believe this has helped me not only in my professional life, but has brought joy to my personal life. There are numerous methods to achieving a goal, and it is my aim to cultivate as many methods as possible.
