The Brewery Evangelist is the first point of contact with consumers, vendors and visitors at the brewery and must uphold Flying Dog’s brand across multiple touch points, while simultaneously providing a high level ofadministrative support to brewery operations. Every opportunity to interact with a consumer is an opportunity to gain a brand ambassador. The Brewery Evangelist spends a significant amount of time interacting with consumers; therefore, commitments to the highest standards of customer care, resourcefulness, and attention to detail are critical to success. This role also requires patience, creativity, a strong constitution and the ability to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment. This role reports to the Brewery Experience Coordinator and is responsible for assisting with hospitality efforts and providing the highest level of customer service at every touch point of the brewery experience. This role is also responsible for providing a high level of administrative and specialized support duties for Marketing, Human Resources and the Executive Leadership Team.
