Working with gestational surrogates to coordinate finances for medical cycling, embryo transfer procedures, and other pre- and post- natal care. Coordinate all payments from escrow accounts of intended parents to gestational surrogates while crosschecking legal contracts for entitlement to funds. Use of all Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Creating and maintaining accurate account ledgers for each intended parent’s escrow account.

Patient care, office and sterilization duties including, but not limited to:Screening and taking x-ray’s on each patient, setting up operatory for procedure with necessary instruments, chair side assisting for general and surgical procedures while implementing proper use of PPE, sterilizing the operatory and instruments post-op with various chemical agents, along with an ultrasonic cleaner and autoclave, properly charting and taking detailed notes of procedure from start to finish, and more.
