Responsibility for the set up and delivery of a new department to collect on Secured products. This included a work migration between sites and training for c100 heads including experienced and new recruits, systems deployments and responsbility for set up and expansion of Pre-Arrears and specialist solutions teams. Lead a department of circa 100 heads utilising both manual Case Ownership activity and automated account management to collect Late cycle arrears on Loans and Current Accounts.Drive department progress against the Journey to Operational Excellence including operational efficiency, Gemba management, continuous improvement and process design enhancements. Lead Operational Risk management utilising Risk Excellence tools for the site of circa 400 heads. Developed a Collections Call Model and Call Quality scoring mechanism for use in all cycles of arrears for Lloyds Banking Group.

Plan and deliver training schedule for implementation of a new collections system across 4 sites in the UK and Offshore for circa 1500 staff. Deliver collections performance from circa 120 heads collecting on Loans, Overdrafts and Mortgages. Ensure the call centre delivers to key Inbound service level agreements.

Lead a department of circa 120 telephony heads to collect arrears on Loans, Overdrafts and Mortgages. Develop a Lean culture and drive Continuous Improvement through Lean awareness at all levels using Lean tools to deliver efficiency savings.Manage the call centre to key service level agreements for both inbound and outbound collections activity.
