With the arrival of a new Director of Marketing, I have the opportunity to focus on larger marketing strategy and content strategy. Leading a small team, I collaborate with others in our department, as well as senior leaders throughout the organization to develop marketing strategy and content. This includes building brand new kits to support the sales process to EBI's core buyers.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, I managed EBI's communications, PR, content, digital, and social media marketers. In collaboration with the VP, I coordinated marketing strategy across the majority of the team. I was also a key contributor in developing EBI's brand messaging, a major initiative in 2021-22. With the VP, I worked to identify EBI's buyers and gather insights from internal stakeholders and experts to build a better understanding of clients. This project will eventually become the foundation for EBI's buyer personas.

With the departure of the Director of Marketing, I led EBI's team of 5 marketing professionals and reported to the Chief Financial Officer. I was a key contributor in EBI's search for a VP, Marketing.
