Contributed to the video and motion graphics efforts for F5’s Agility conference, adapting to the rapid shift to digital formats due to COVID-19. Returned in 2023-2024 for the AppWorld conference, utilizing Cavalry for dynamic scene creation played throughout the conference halls and main stage.

Lead an outside creative agency in finding solutions to visually aid the teaching of complex technological concepts. Translated ideas from Subject Matter Experts into animatable scripts and storyboards. Art directed animations and edits from the agency to match Microsoft design language. Helped in establishing the base video guidelines for the Microsoft Learn platform. Edited video and created motion graphics for events, show titles, and marketing. Found solutions for illustrators to bring their work to life while keeping the needs of developers in mind.

My responsibilities at Straightface Studios asked for a wide range of creative input. My main focus was on 2d motion graphics and compositing of 3d and live action assets. These assignments often came with a variety of skills needed including UI design, Illustration, Animation, and Creative Direction. My time at Straightface Studios offered me the chance to work with companies such as Amazon, Starbucks, Microsoft, Intel, Coca-Cola, Vice Magazine, and many smaller local companies and non-profits.

Designed and built a website to help market the bistro more effectively, show the restaurant's character and ambiance, and provide a way for customers to download the menu.

Built and implemented a custom Wordpress powered site to help market the restaurant and provide a way for the owner to communicate with his customers.
