Managing Exception Reports as per requirements of MPI, to ensure timely reporting of non-conformances.7. Regularly reviewing and updating quality documents/procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices.New Product Development:1. Developing new products according to the requirements of the marketing team and OEM customers.2. New ingredients compliance researching and sourcing.3. Product label compliance (NZ & China) review, ensuring all the requirements of RMP, GB standards and other regulations of target markets are met.

Quality：1. Developing and maintaining accurate product specifications.2. Conducting thorough investigations of customer complaints and providing professional feedback to customers.3. Performing quality checks on incoming materials and finished products, and releasing them in a timely manner.4. Preparing documentation for finished products, such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs), for the purpose of customs clearance.5. Reviewing the artwork and labels of new products to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements of the target markets.6. Performing trending analysis on daily testing results.7. Managing the master sheet of measuring instruments calibration, chemical MSDS.8. 1. Weighing up and premixing minor ingredients prior to the production.2. Verifying production batch records to ensure regulatory compliance.3. Ensuring cleaning chemicals are used as designated.4. Ensuring production team following personal hygiene practices.5. Verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs) at the required frequency.6. Conducting regular visual inspections to ensure proper pest control management.7. Daily foreign matter inspections, including metal, hard glass and plastic, etc.8. Ensuring production change/deviation are managed properly.9. Monitoring processing environment through ATP testing, pathogen swabbing and air exposure plates.10. Conducting in-process quality control of production and cleaning tasks afterwards.11. Performing in-house testing, such as packaging sealing check, product sensory test, scorched particle test, etc.12. Carrying out sampling of incoming materials and finished products, and liaising with external laboratories to ensure testing are performed as per requirements.
