As an executive administrator at ThoughtSpot, a leader in AI powered analytics, I supported the Chief Data Strategy Officer and the product management team with various administrative and operational tasks, such as managing calendars, booking travel, preparing reports, and coordinating events. I am an extremely dedicated and loyal employee. As an administrator, it is important to me to build genuine relationships with those I support. I am looking for an administrative role in a challenging environment where I can utilize my current skills and experience to make a positive impact and also continue to grow. As an admin, I recognize that no task is too big or too small, I am available to support however and whenever is needed. In my recent role, I was able to support a variety of executives and adapt to their specific needs. I supported both the product and engineering team and had many cross functioning duties coordinating with our customers, R&D and sales teams as well as account executives. I have extensive experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, budgeting, vendor relations, event planning, expense reporting, and travel coordination. Most recently, I effectively supported four executives across 3 time zones (PST, EST, IST). Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed expectations.
