While serving the agricultural and manufacturing industries throughout my professional years, I have developed a skillset that highlights a diverse range of competencies. This includes strategic planning, digital marketing, lead generation, sales technology implementation, project management, and more.I find sincere joy when helping those around me reach their full potential. I put my heart into everything I do: my leadership style, my work relationships, and my deliverables. I am quick to recognize my teammates' strengths and evaluate the best ways we can work together to produce the most impactful results.Outside of work, I am an involved member of my community. I enjoy being part of my local young professionals network, mentoring students, and speaking to various organizations. I spend many weekends working alongside my loved ones on my family's grain and cattle farm.
