Once I was promoted to the role of Content Specialist, my role grew to include managing the content creation and marketing automation programs. Some of my job responsibility for this role include: Spearheading content marketing campaigns managed through HubSpot including a vegetated roofing campaign targeted toward architects and a labor shortage campaign targeted toward roofing contractors. Developed and managed email marketing campaigns including product launches, content marketing campaigns, event promotion, and all other customer communication. I implemented a blog and developed original, thought leadership content. Managed new product launches from the content creation to email marketing campaigns to announce the new products to customers. Manage day-to-day updates to the SOPREMA website. I also reviewed and implemented basic SEO tactics to improve the organic reach of the SOPREMA and Chem Link websites. I continue to managed SOPREMA social media with the implementation of Twitter. With the addition of our Chem Link acquisition, I developed and managed content for Chem Link’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Launched the second and third year of the contractor rewards program and worked directly with 25 top tiers customers and organized a successful reward trip in 2017 to New York, New York and Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2018.

When I started with SOPREMA, I joined as a Marketing Coordinator. This role allowed me to learn a variety of marketing tactics and gain a better understanding of the building materials industry. My role encompassed many projects including: Developing, implementing and managing a social media plan for the SOPREMA LinkedIn and Facebook pages. I aided in the launch of a contractor rewards program that I acted as a direct contact for 20 top tier customers. In addition, I coordinated projects and planned a successful reward trip to Napa Valley, California. I called architect offices on behalf of our sales representatives to schedule and organize lunch and learn presentations at their office locations. I also managed SOPREMA continuing education credit reporting and distribution of certificates for courses approved through the American Institutes of Architects. I planned, organized and managed training and plant tour events at the U.S. corporate headquarters, among other projects.

In this position, my day to day activities included training new employees, creating and updating training materials, fielding questions, and a variety of other tasks. I managed, tracked, and monitored new employee progress and attendance. I provided training to multiple departments within the company, and participate in a corporate training work group.

As a customer service representative, I spent my days communicating with Gateway Health members.
