Current- Supports governance for strategic customer engagements, challenging requirements, and exception scenarios in collaboration with regional ECS teams.
- Manages and maintains Process Framework for Deal Excellence focus topic area within SCE&P.
- Provides transparent, comprehensive, and regular communication on ECS relevant top deals to Global/Regional ECS leadership. Creating a holistic view of the scope, bespoke elements, risks, and challenging customer.
- Supports SCE&P Program operations, on-demand projects, and external functions as necessary.
