I am a passionate and motived Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Arcadia University. After tearing my ACL playing field hockey in college, I realized that I have a strong desire to help people recover from injuries just like my physical therapists helped me. As a former division one student athlete at La Salle University, I was able to develop the time management and organizational skills that will help me be a successful physical therapist. At La Salle, I majored in Marketing and was able to complete my Bachelor of Business Administration degree while also taking the prerequisite courses needed for physical therapy school. Coming from a discipline unrelated to the medical field, I can bring new perspectives into the clinic and have vast experience building relationships with clients as a business student. Through my experiences as a field hockey leadership team member, summer camp counselor and supervisor, and social media coordinator, I am confident in my abilities to communicate with individuals and serve as a leader in the community.
