Rapid prototype investment casting is a manufacturing process that merges traditional investment casting with modern additive manufacturing technology. Instead of using wax patterns, this method involves creating 3D printed patterns from CAD models, allowing for more complex shapes and faster production times.My work involves establishing the SUT investment casting laboratory. This project focuses on two main areas: constructing the investment casting workshop and conducting research on producing patterns using 3D printing technologies such as FDM and SLA.

Materials and Manufacturing Processes (MMP)

As an aerospace engineer with a background in mechanical engineering, I started my work in space programs at SUT in the Structure and Mechanism subsystem. After that, I also worked as a systems engineer during various Cubesat and small satellite missions. The Student Small Satellite Project (SSS) supported by the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO) was one of the most interesting projects for me.
