As an consultant i worked in different roles such as project leader, test leader and tester. For exeample as project leader i implemented SharePoint as a document handeling plattform.As a test leader i was responsible for the internal test, i also supported the customer with their accaptence tests. As a tester i did a lot of exploratory tests for e-comerce and different web sites.

I worked as Country Manager and my responsability was to implement the new bussines in Sweden. There were a lot of focus on marketing and sales, but i also worked in the SLA production. I devolped a an new concept "3D-world" which goals was to predict the development of 3D in the professional industry and for home usage.

The role as Genaral Manager was a combination of three different roles. IT Manager, HR Manager and Head of Office.As IT manager I was responsible for the company's infrastructure issues. We had outsourced centralized operation. Much of the work was to develop our IT support and work actively with our suppliers.As HR Manager I was responsible for all personnel-related matters. Much of the work was to increase the quality and development activities in all areas.As Head of Office I was responsible for offices, reception, switchboard, archives, etc.I was also responsible for all the insurances in the company

I was responsible for the company's IT and telephony. I renewed the company's systems such as economy, real estate, invoice handeling, salary payment, time reporting. Went from proprietary mainframe and AS/400-environment to a standardized, uniform windows environment. All service has been transferred in an outsourced solution. Major focus was to change internal roles and responsibilities and establish uniform processes. Introduced a completely new wireless telephony solution as well as a portable 3G concept for our mobile staff

I worked as a IT consultant focusing on project management.

I had several different roles. Started as an IT technician and moved on to be responsible for a support function for advanced support (third line). I also worked much with the standardization of Swedish railroads IT environment.
