In this role I served as a trusted advisor to customers spanning the C-suite to individual contributors in various public-sector segments. I was tasked with developing architectural based growth strategies leveraging Cisco Validated Designs and business unit guidance. My role also required me to lead CPOC efforts with higher education customers resulting in increased customer confidence and revenue for the region. I frequently presented at various one to many events with customers and peers covering single and multi-topic tracks while also aligning with and maintain Business Unit relationships to keep up to date with changes in various technology area.
