Telling stories through words - both written and spoken - and visuals has been at the core of my career. As a storyteller, I craft stories that engage audiences and drives positive and transformative change. With almost two decades of experience working as a journalist, writer, editor and producer on creative communications projects for media companies, organisations and not-for-profits, I have a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience in creating editorial and brand multimedia content and telling well-researched, compelling and engaging stories. Each role or project has utilised my ability to effectively communicate via written, verbal and visual means and centred on my love of the outdoors and the natural world, and my interest in environmental matters, wildlife and ocean conservation, and nature-based solutions.I’m the author of 'Slow Adventures: Unhurriedly Exploring Britain’s Wild Places' published by National Trust Books (2021) – "an inspirational and informative book full of immersive outdoors adventures that encourage you to pause for a moment, engage your senses and reconnect with nature as you explore the great outdoors."
