Technical Customer Support Representative
Current• Interact directly and provide white glove support to HVAC professionals, suppliers, sales reps, and homeowners to investigate, identify, and resolve their technical HVAC issues.• Partner with tier two technical support and product support teams to solve complex technical problems involving our comfort products, connected products, and combustion products for HVAC professional installers.• Act as a Resideo first point of contact and subject matter expert for HVAC professionals.• Own problems from initial contact to final resolution and provide detailed documentation of all steps taken to resolve the issue.• Build relationships with and provide top-tier technical assistance to stakeholders/customers.• Develop and share Resideo technical product knowledge to customers and newer technical support reps.
