Acquisition Analyst support for developing and producing discrete classified software-intensive information warfare (IW) products. Serves as a System Team Chair and Military Evaluator in the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence Surveillance, Reconnaissance Evaluation Directorate (C4ISRED), U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC). Develops and executes integrated test and evaluation strategies encompassing technical performance, effectiveness, suitability, and survivability requirements. Briefs DA and DoD decision makers and provides system fielding recommendations. Responsible for the management and training of 10 DA civilians and 7 DoD contractors.
