I have spent all of my professional working career in logistics, distribution, transportation and manufacturing fields . The majority of those years have been in management positions, ranging from entry level, to junior management and senior steering member management. Along the way people have given me opportunities to learn, grow and develop. My professional career has helped me learn about quality control , inventory management, operations, operations support and most importantly the people who are the foundation of any organization. I have extensive knowledge in process improvements, writing and collaborating on standard operating procedures, safety training and KPI management. Regardless of the accolades and successes I have had over my career it always goes back to the people. I always ask myself the question how have I payed it forward, who have I empowered and developed and what are our next steps to overcome as a team.
