Reverse Mortgage/Residential and Commercial Loan Origination

Consultant responsible for sucessfull building the retail loan origination channel accross the country. I am also responsible for building an effective sales workforce including hiring, performance management and termination of team personnel along with developing a successful business strategy. Accomplished the goal to be within the top 10 banks in the reverse mortage industry within a short time.

In my dual role duties I was a Production Center Manager responsible for the day to day operation of a bank mortgage production center and supervising the employees of the branch.Responsible for business planning and implementation of all mortgage activities including loan origination, processing, compliance and quality control of files.Responsible for administration of production center P & L including all branch expenses. Responsible for recruiting applicants,screen applications, interview applicants and recommend individuals for hire to work at the Branch.As a business analyst I supported the transition to new support sytems as part of the regulatory mandate to implement the Dodd Frank Act, acting as liason between the technical team developing an SOA architecture under the IFW methodology and the business team developing business requirements for the enterprise. Assisted in the transition to migration to cloud services on Haddup 1.0 platform.

Created RM awareness by networking with other professionals, advertising, and conducting meetings with realtors, wealth/asset managers and financial advisors through continual education, communication and relationship management.

Project Lead of development of software to analyze NASA’s return to the Moon and Mars initiative. Provided technical direction to senior NASA management. Developed risk analysis model to quantify the risk to loss of mission of Planetary Probes and Hypersonic Vehicles for NASA NGLT program. Developed software requirements and testing methodology for client/server application that evaluates safety and risk assessment of NASA future space flight configuration. Develop overall strategy and architectural framework for future Space Initiative Missions.

As a consultant I developed a roadmap for potential merger/joint ventures with LATAM telecom carriers for Microsoft bnexus in Mexico. Developed latin america market analysis and Strentgh-Weakness of possible merger partners and conducted focus group analysis of potential early adoption of converged technologies within the LATAM market. Focus was on future wireless technologies at the time such as 4G including LTE.

Consultant to TELMEX, Mexico City: Contributed to development of “Road Map” analysis of TELMEX Processes, OSS and NOC consolidation as part of presentation to TELMEX CEO. Developed functional specifications of TELMEX OSS architecture based on TMN architecture for future NGN network for NGN service provisioning and assurance. In addition, developed Acceptance Test Protocols for both Stand-Alone and Flow-thru Test Scenarios integrating TELMEX legacy systems and proposed new OSS systems. System Integration Engineer to SBC, USA: Developed Business Integration Testing Data Plan Deliverables and Test Scenarios for the SBC Tier II Next Generation Network Telcordia Solution covering ADSL and ATM/Frame relay services. Provided Data requirements and strategy for overall OSS end-to-end testing including SBC and Telcordia NGN OSS systems. Consultant for Telefónica de España, Madrid, Spain: Participated in the ADSL gap analysis for Telefónica de España as an OSS system engineer examining the functionality of systems involved in the both the provisioning and maintenance of ADSL service for both Telefónica de España and Telefónica Data de España. Participated in final presentation to Telefonica Executive Committee and CEO on operational recommendations. Solid understand of Telefonica’s OSS architecture in Spain and in Latin America (CTC, Brazil, Peru and Argentina).System Integration Engineer for VERIZON, USA: Setup distributed IT test environment used for System Integration Test during the first phase of ADSL/Atm/Frame Relay •System Integration Engineer for SPRINT, USA: Multi-Unit Test Assistant Coordinator in charge of revising and developing Regression and Feature MUT Plan and Test Cases for Sprint ION NGN solution. Executed and troubleshooted test cases involving Telcordia systems such as Delivery using testing tools.

Research and Development Aerospace Engineer responsible for developing software (Fortran, Java and CC++) on Unix platforms to validate Ground Engine and Aerodynamic Tests for US hypersonic space program projects such Hyper-X43 and the National Aerospace Plane (NASP). Participated in the detailed design of the prototype in the areas of aerothermodynamic heating and Supersonic Combustion Ramjet Propulsion. Published classified and unclassified technical papers documenting the design and validations of such configurations against wind tunnel data prior to successful flight testing of HyperX-43 prototype. Performed contract monitoring as project manager for several government contractors.
