It tends to be so overwhelming that it becomes easier to ignore. Most questions asked of marketing can be answered by the data you already have. And, when the answer is not in the data, we help develop a measurement system so that a quantitative answer is available in the future.Our workplace mantra - "the numbers are, what the numbers are". In the true scientific process there is no bias, no assumptions. We find out what's good, what's bad, what works, what's wasted, and more. No matter the outcome, everything is reported and helps to inform the strategy for going forward. It's the same scientific process I used at the bench - try something, learn from it, try the next thing, learn from that, and so on.What have you tried?
