I serve as general counsel to the sports betting and fantasy contest operator programs in the Division of Gaming, and the Mobile Home Park Oversight Program (“MHPOP”) in the Division of Housing. As general counsel, I provided advice from the inception of the sports betting program and throughout its rapid expansion, when the Division began accepting.
