I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, speaker, collaborator, and business owner. I founded Igniting Change Counseling Center where we seek to ignite positive change for local and distant communities through psychotherapy, education, and resources that help people hope, connect, and heal.As a therapist, speaker, and collaborator, I am passionate about helping people learn about and heal from trauma and behavioral dependencies. I especially love working with teens and young adults and utilize evidence-based therapy modalities like EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I love to help people access their innate healing abilities for themselves and to teach and inspire.
