The students attendance increased and overall behavior decreased as confidence grew within mainstream settings. This goal was achieved by gaining significant support from senior teachers within the building, administration and holding a variety of workshop potentials for the entire school, discussing behavior management as well as understanding disabilities (collaborative problem solving approach).
