As a licensed rehabilitation expert and qualified Wildlife Treatment Officer at Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre Inc., I work with a team of dedicated volunteers and staff to provide medical care and rehabilitation for injured and orphaned native animals. I have been involved in several projects, such as the endangered woylie and bilby breeding programs, the wildlife education and outreach initiative, and the continuing development of the wildlife hospital facility.I have a strong background in psychology and criminology, having graduated with honors from Simon Fraser University. I have applied my knowledge and skills in various fields, such as counselling, customer service/internal sales, hospitality, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management. I have successfully negotiated contracts, managed inventory, improved customer relationships, and supported high-risk youth development. I am proficient in various computer and data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software. I am also passionate about public speaking and advocacy, having participated in several events and campaigns to raise awareness and funds for wildlife conservation, animal welfare and disadvantaged youth.
