But like... what better way to describe your awesomeness than "dope"? (I'm an 80s/90s baby from NYC... what can I say?) As someone who's been in career & workforce development within the nonprofit sector for the last 9 years, I know what it's like to feel uninspired & unimpressed at work. Every day is the same thing, day in, day out. You get to a point where you either put in mad effort because you want to try your hardest to push past the feeling & get somewhere in your company OR you've completely given up, dust off your resume, & apply to new positions because what even is the point? That was my story as well. It took me YEARS to realize the missing piece: I wasn't considering my own likes, wants, & needs. So, I took a step back & thought about the what kind of roles would actually satisfied me. I'm good (or relatively good) at a lot of different things in my field, but aligning what I'm good at + what actually interests me? That was the sweet spot. And now, I want to help YOU do the same. I help women in mid-level nonprofit and social impact roles overcome impostor syndrome, recognize how dope they are, and advocate for themselves.
