WHAT I DO: I join my co-hosts to produce candid podcasts about current events and trending topics. My contribution includes a unique outlook and commentary to drive discussions. I research questions related to the episode but bring a fresh perspective to attract younger audiences and provide comic relief. I had originally just been filling in temporarily, but now have made it into the ever rotating guestlist. The panel may cover some very “Off The Rails” topics, ask the owner of the operations questions, or just joke around for a few minutes together. WHO I WORK WITH-- I work with a diverse team to create business processes and streamline procedures, improving productivity and enhancing brand recognition. My technique involves developing internal hierarchies and establishing systems for efficient accountability. I help identify, evaluate, and prioritize company policies to create intuitive training and boost company morale.WHAT I DO--From interviewing employees to assigning job titles, duties, and descriptions; it seems ironic that my own job description can change daily! I’m often called in when it’s time to evaluate the risks seen in the business. From here, I work alongside the team to gain knowledge within each position. After I have integrated with the group, I will identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks and begin projects to fix each task on the list. As I’m starting out, you might also see me working to improve the internet presence we hold, beginning the training process, or just being a cheerleader for the staff, management, and team as a whole. Everyday is something new, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! 30-SECOND SUMMARY OF ME--I have been with Coffee Junkiez since 2018. I was at a competitive cheerleading event just before when my mom had coffee DELIVERED to us at the gym. This was a first for me, so naturally I clung to the idea of becoming a Coffee Junkiez Barista some day. Lone and behold, Jasan had just opened one 15 minutes from my high school. I jumped in and haven’t looked back since. I’ve now climbed my way into the corporate world, and plan to dive in headfirst! When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends or pets. I have a wonderful support system, and wouldn’t be here today without the web of people surrounding me!

WHAT I DO–In management, I have learned that no two days will ever be the same. Some days, you’ll be making a schedule, or even re-working the same schedule multiple times. Others, you’ll be counting inventory within the store and then placing trucks, organizing and cleaning as you go. I learned that with more responsibility comes longer hours, meetings more frequently, and constant communication with your team. However, I have found that management is more than inventory sheets, scheduling, and long shifts; I oversee a group of baristas that make coming to work worth it! We work as a team to ensure every product that goes out is made perfectly from top to bottom and delivered with unmatched customer service.HOW I DO IT--Without my coffee, I don’t! Kidding. I have found the most success comes to me when I am in constant communication with my team. I implement accountability and generalized standards with each new employee, no matter their rank, in order to hold everyone to the same expectations. This helps team accountability because other members can hold each other accountable in my absence. I also do everything in my power to keep a positive attitude and influence the workplace in an accepting and positive manner. I believe that in a creative workspace such as this, perspectives should be heard, feedback should be administered as needed, and that coffee should ALWAYS be freshly brewed. WHY I CARE--Working at Coffee Junkiez has changed my life in so many unimaginable ways. I have developed other roles within the company, which will be described below. However, the culture is what keeps me going each day. It’s not something I can explain in so few words, but I can say with confidence that a career with Coffee Junkiez comes with much more than a chocolate covered coffee bean on top!

WHAT I DO--I meet each customer’s unique personal requests to ensure that co-workers, partners, clients, or family members are satisfied to the highest degree when they receive their coffee bar. Whether you’re looking for a staff “pick-me-up,” a way to impress your new date, or to put a smile on your momma’s face, you can never go wrong with coffee! And with each airpot providing 10 hot cups of coffee, I’m an avid believer that you should go BIG or go home!WHO I WORK WITH--I look to serve the coffee community as a whole, but tend to gravitate the most towards the catering orders from school functions showing their employees appreciation, hospitals looking to thank their staff, best friends who have been put on “baby shower duty,” and bridesmaids!
