Also ensure that work performed are in accordence to IATA regulations. ----------------------------------------------------------------ST Aerospace is the worlds largest MRO-company for airframe, engine and avionics.I have the responsibility ensure that those customers within our portfolio are supplied with critical spare parts within the specified timeframe to the correct destination. Typically our customer will create a order via mail describing their parts requirements including priority level and destination. If we have the parts in our stores it will be retrieved by the Fast Forwarder and shipped to the requested destination. If not in stores we must go to the global market and initiate a order based upon fixed economical parameters. The obtained parts are then shipped directly to the customers in cooperation with our Fast Forwarder.Sending out requests to our global suppliers and vendors for specific parts based upon our customers demand. The received offers are then analysed on various parameters including price, condition and configuration.Once the price negotiations are complete an order is created in our EPR systems. Order are sent to our vendor and Fast Forwarder is contacted for collection.Parts must fulfill the demands set by the authorities. We are required to complete pre purchase quality control to uncover any irregularities. This is done in cooperation with the Engineering Dept. and/or Quality Dept.I have maintained a continuous dialogue with customers in through our AOG customer support team. If the customer has a question or problem of any kind or wish to initiate a order this is done through our AOG team. My job is to give the customer the optimal support and solve their problems.
