MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES• Enforces that the facilities are operated in line with agreed standards, policies, processes (ITIL) and in a compliant manner• Enforces security and access control• Leads the DC Operations team, ensures sufficient coverage is provided for 7x24h DC Service operations model, any kind of move- and consolidation activities• Responsible for contracts and proper SLAs with service providers for HVAC, electricity and security equipment• Responsible that preventive maintenance schedules are implemented• Responsible to keep IT Infrastructure inventory up to date• Makes sure that all incidents, problmes & changes in the Datacenter are tracked by the according tracking tool (100% evidence and visibility)• Identifies bottlenecks, initiates expansion and further development of facilities• Acts as SPOC for operational topics of datacenter facilities incl. HVAC and Electricity• Report capacity metrics to the DC capacity manager• Ensures up to date DC quality reports• Works closely with Datacenter Process Management and specifically with Datacenter Capacity- and Floorspace Manager and provides required metrics• Leads the team of datacenter floor managers (> 10)
