As an educator, I’ve had the opportunity throughout my career to impact young minds through the lens of science and leadership classes. I have experience working with students and young adults in the classroom and other avenues such as basketball and soccer, as well as ministry. I've held multiple leadership positions as a department head and team leader throughout my years teaching that required me to delegate, coordinate and work well together with others within my profession. I’ve helped design curriculum, activities, and assessments from the ground up, both individually and collaboratively. I work well with technology and learn new things at a quick pace. In my spare time, I enjoy getting to do anything that involves animals or plants, being outdoors, and playing golf. I have a love for all things nerdy, and enjoy reading and playing video games whenever I find the time.
