Living in a world that changes faster tomorrow than it did yesterday, I was drawn to a career in technology. Starting with my education at Deutsche Telekom, I set my sights on mastering the latest advancements in the field. My first "real" job at Marconi Communications was a turning point for me. Working with SDH and PDH transmission technologies, I witnessed firsthand how DSL-services evolved from 700kb/s to 100mb/s. As everything was accelerating faster and faster, I learned how to operate, monitor, and maintain customer networks and subscriber lines. Then came the takeover by Ericsson, where I honed my expertise in Radio Transmission P2P and developed my skills in troubleshooting, remote repairs, and field technician management. After several years, I decided to shift my focus to different areas of technology while still working in managed services. This led me to work on various projects, eventually landing me in a Network Operation Center as a subject matter expert for operations. I support new technology projects and help transition them into commercial operations, all while developing and designing internal monitoring dashboards with a small team.As well as acting as a manager stand-in for a team of ~20. I am passionate about staying up to date with the latest technology developments and have always wanted to be a part of this rapidly evolving field. In short, I am a technology professional with a wealth of experience in network operations, project management, and team leadership.
