About Torsten Smyk

A committed Senior Executive who has worked for more than three decades in various roles and organizations with extensive experience in General Management including Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Sourcing/Purchasing, Operations (CNC machining and assembly) , Project Management, R&D, HR, Finance and IT.Having started my career in a machine shop in 1983, I have always kept my “hands on” approach in all roles that followed.Living in Asia since 1998, I have developed deep cross-cultural knowledge and business understanding for this region.Since 2002, I work as General Manager. Besides running the operation, I still engage with our customers in person to understand their needs, developments and changes in our industry to successfully lead the company and drive our various teams.
