Although we were not in Thailand to attend the funeral service, Torsten really involved us in such a way that is was almost like we were actually part of the ceremony. Even the return of the luggage of our father’s belongings was arranged for by Torsten and his team. Torsten, what a patience you have at this part of the process was perhaps the most complicated one! Despite the sad situation of the passing of our father, Torsten and his wife and the rest of their team really helped us in the best way and provided the best support, exceeding our expectations by far. We are grateful forever towards Torsten and his whole team as for us this was exactly the farewell of our father that we had in mind given the difficult circumstances.
