Responsibilities included equipment procurement, manufacturing line development, production line integration, plant start-up and launches -Managed financials of personnel budgets, integrator contracts for production and tooling equipment, procurement of multi-million dollar capex equipment, contract negotiations, P&L reporting, project funding targets and related executive budgetary summary activities- Supervision of all phases of operations: production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, shipping- Recruiting, hiring and training personnel and facility/physical plant up-keep and capital improvements
