JTB obtained exclusive sales right of the show and generated 2.5 billion yen of revenue and 18% of profitability. Considering profitability of travel agencies is usually 3% to-5% in average, this was a groundbreaking business for the company.In addition, I studied the database of the existing customer and let, furthermore, promotion to be sold out succeed in a reservation before release by sending EDM which was effective for them. This brought a remarkable reduction in the marketing cost.I also ran advertisement and promotions using TV CM and contributed to the 2004 summer campaign sales, achieving 240% year-on-year and 210% against the budget.
