I started working in IGA for a year before being promoted, I left in search of better financials back to Western Australia where I had the unique experience to work harder and longer than ever in the Pilbara. After the contract ended I looked for work closer to home and found a place at The Good Guys originally in the Warehouse I was able to prove myself and work my way up to Sales Manager. I've inducted and trained many new team members. I am responsible for many aspects of the store from financials, to training, HR responsibilities, recruiting, leading and developing, meeting KPI's, merchandising and customer service whilst maintaining a safe and happy work environment. I attend as many training events as possible with team members to help grow knowledge and to encourage confidence when they deliver the training to other members. People find me easy to trust as I always follow through and do what I say, which has always ensured My Team act like a family and will come together to lean on each other when necessary which is vital in high tense workplaces. I believe I can always be better and do better which is a significant drive in my life.
