Assisting in managing a large bug database of in-house and customer-created bugs.Triage and dispatch of new bug tickets.Collecting data on existing and new bugs to find trends and track fix progress.Works parallel to the driver, OS, and silicon validation teams to assist in driving tickets and testing.Creating automated and interactive data reports using Excel and Power BI.Working with multiple clients to deliver and request new features to improve stability and end-user experience.

Testing and validation on a variety of client devices and hardware across multiple platforms, working closely with clients such as Amazon, Google, and Valve. Duties include:· Wireless interoperability testing, security sweeps, throughput, over-the-air packet sniffing.· HDMI testing on a multitude of devices for interoperability, integration into a home theater/audio configuration, audio/video latency, and compliance with modern HDMI standards.· Bluetooth and BLE interoperability testing, connection quality, interference, integration with other devices, and compliance with modern standards.· VR and AR device validation for user experience in gaming and productivity software as well as hardware compatibility. · Bug reporting and regression testing.· Creating and implementing automation scripts for stress tests and data collection.

Ensuring my assigned students arrive at their destination on time and safely. Keeping the children calm and happy, as well as feeling safe during the ride is the top priority.
