I am an executive assistant with a passion for helping others run thriving and successful businesses. With my degree in Applied Health & Fitness from Portland State University, I have worked in the wellness industry for several years. I've been a yoga studio manager (helping launch a new studio through marketing, administration, and studio coordination), a virtual assistant for women in the wellness industry (providing branding, website design, social media management, marketing, and administrative support), and have landed as an executive assistant in the finance industry - continuing to provide marketing and administrative support as we build our company.I like to think of myself as someone who can tackle a wide variety of tasks—from managing scheduling to designing logos to building workflows. I love the work I do because I constantly get to learn new skills and develop new roles. My clients truly appreciate my ability to confidently handle anything they throw my way, and I'm happy to work with such amazing individuals to help their businesses succeed.
