I am a nonprofit professional passionate about driving community impact through strategic program development, fundraising, and organizational leadership. Currently, I serve as the Foundation Development Supervisor at the Kansas City Kansas School Foundation for Excellence, where I manage fundraising campaigns, develop philanthropic resources, and supervise program implementation. I lead a team of managers to ensure our initiatives align with the goals of Kansas City Kansas Public Schools, delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Previously, I was the Program Development Manager at the Foundation, focusing on creating and executing programs that support the school district's mission. In this role, I collaborated closely with leadership and community partners to drive program success while overseeing life-cycle management, from recruitment and onboarding to training and evaluation.Before joining the Foundation, I served as Coordinator to the Director at the Kansas City, Kansas Health Department. In this capacity, I managed special projects aimed at improving organizational performance and workplace culture, led diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and acted as a liaison to Human Resources, supporting personnel management for over 85 staff members.I excel in building strong relationships with stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives, and managing teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
