Teen Enterprise is a social enterprise created with the mission of empowering at risk youth through teaching entrepreneurial skills. Our purpose is to provide opportunities for students to learn business by doing business in bringing academic and business communities together in teaching entrepreneurship with application through hands on experiential learning.

As a Case Manager for Positive Education Program (PEP Connections), I have been able to develop excellent skills in working with at risk youth and families utilizing a “Wraparound” approach in providing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment. Working collaboratively with family and other community partners, families become empowered by enhancing their ability to identify needs and appropriate resources for supports as they move toward greater independence. It is my responsibility to assist children and family members in developing strategies to improve behavior management, communication skills, social skills and life management skills.
