This "Weekly P&L" was presented and discussed at weekly Senior Executive Team (SET) meetings.Contributed to establishment of enterprise project management office (EPMO) that provided governance and oversight for >$1.5Bn annual enterprise project spend. Managed annual project planning process at enterprise level, including setting standards and preparing consolidated summaries for EPMO.
