Wrote and published policies, processes, tools and reporting related to business cases, project approvals, project management, project spend, project benefits tracking and project benefits realization. Managed annual project planning process at enterprise level, including setting standards and preparing consolidated summaries for EPMO. Prepared and presented to EPMO monthly summaries of actual spend and forecasts of annual spend.Performed monthly financial reporting and financial analysis for Corporate & Other SBU. Included preparation of slide presentation for CFO that summarized results and explained variances. Also responsible for performed financial planning related to Corporate & Other SBU.
