Led a team with three-pronged mandate: (a) perform total bank analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders including the Board of Directors, Senior Executive Team and CFO; (b) own financials and policies and procedures related to projects on behalf of enterprise project management office; and, (c) undertake financial reporting, financial planning and management reporting for Corporate and Other strategic business unit (SBU).Led the preparation of: (a) slides and speaking notes for the CFO’s presentation during quarterly earnings calls; and, (b) reports and speaking notes for the CFO’s periodic presentations to the Senior Executive Team and Board of Directors. Undertook financial analysis to prepare the total bank reports and investigated all variances so as to be able to explain them to CFO. Developed and implemented reporting tools for the CFO and CEO to estimate and forecast total bank performance on a weekly basis. This "Weekly P&L" was presented and discussed at weekly Senior Executive Team (SET) meetings.Contributed to establishment of enterprise project management office (EPMO) that provided governance and oversight for >$1.5Bn annual enterprise project spend. Wrote and published policies, processes, tools and reporting related to business cases, project approvals, project management, project spend, project benefits tracking and project benefits realization. Managed annual project planning process at enterprise level, including setting standards and preparing consolidated summaries for EPMO. Prepared and presented to EPMO monthly summaries of actual spend and forecasts of annual spend.Performed monthly financial reporting and financial analysis for Corporate & Other SBU. Included preparation of slide presentation for CFO that summarized results and explained variances. Also responsible for performed financial planning related to Corporate & Other SBU.
