Work included: directing local research capacity assessment and capacity building activities for a University partner as part of a health program evaluation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, providing M&E technical direction for a bilateral HIV and AIDS services strengthening project in the Dominican Republic, conducting a secondary analysis of HIV risk factors among indigenous Mayans in Guatemala, co-implementing the evaluation of an integrated nutrition and food security program in Guatemala's Western Highlands, leading Performance Management Planning for USAID's Health Program Office in Bolivia, and helping conduct research and monitoring system strengthening activities to build the evidence base for programs serving Orphans and Vulnerable Children in South Africa.
